GreatAg for iPad app for iPhone and iPad

The GreatAg for iPad application was developed for Great American Insurance Group’s agents who specialize in serving the agricultural community and the unique needs of farmers who purchase Crop insurance. Our GreatAg app allows our agents to access to important information about their clients’ policies and claims and provides acreage and crop mapping information anytime, anywhere.

All information, with the exception of maps, is downloaded and stored locally on the iPad so that it can be accessed without an Internet connection. Since many of our agents work in rural areas with limited Internet access, it is important that they can access policy documents and obtain electronic signatures from clients at any location without the worry of finding an Internet connection. All information is shared with our corporate database, so the same data is available in our traditional policy and claims web applications.

A secure login is required (the same username and password that is used to access all Great American Insurance Crop applications) and extensive security controls are in place to ensure that personal information is properly safeguarded.

The following functions are currently available on our GreatAg app:

* Search for policies by policy number or producer name.
* View basic policy details.
* View claims information including damage details and claim status.
* View a summary of accounting information.
* View completed policy forms.
* Electronic signature of policy forms.
* View policyholder mapping data.
* The ability to promote all producer CLU’s and edit attributes such as crop, practice, type, farm name, and plant date.
* Perform basic editing on field boundaries.
* Split and Combine mapped fields.
* Prepare policy forms on the iPad and then upload them into the standard GreatAg web electronic signature process. Policyholders will receive an email instructing them to complete the signature process in GreatAg web. 
* Added the CLU layer and CLU attributes functionality. 
* Create new GreatAg mapped fields directly from the CLU layer. 
* Set attributes on multiple GreatAg mapped fields at one time. 
* Enhanced filtering on attributes to display only the applicable information. 
* Added a refresh button to reload forms. 
* Form “mark up” (insert text, draw freehand, etc.) and signing functionality is now completely integrated into application.
* Signed forms can be uploaded directly into GreatAg and will appear in CSS processing queue
* Local documents including “shelf” forms can be imported into application, “marked up” with freehand or fillable fields, signed, and emailed
* Enhanced GIS capabilities including a new topology layer and additional imagery zoom levels
* Prepare policy forms on the iPad and then upload them into the standard GreatAg web electronic signature process. Policyholders will receive an email instructing them to complete the signature process in GreatAg web.
* Added the CLU layer and CLU attributes functionality.
* Create new GreatAg mapped fields directly from the CLU layer.
* Set attributes on multiple GreatAg mapped fields at one time.
* Search for and navigate to a specific PLSS or FSN-Tract location.
* Add locations to your PLSS or FSN list by adding new fields or by converting a CLU to a GreatAg Mapped Field.
* Reshape a GreatAg Mapped Field by specifying the new acres value.
* Generate a Quick Quote for common crops and scenarios.
* Report a Claim and view the Claims log.
* Generate the Linked Acreage Report within GIS Entry screen.
